Don Brady graduated from the Phillips University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion in 1985. He then went to Seminary, where he received a Masters in Divinity in 1988. Mr. Brady went on to attend law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where he received his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Brady was licensed in Arkansas in 1997 and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 1998. He is also the only Arkansas attorney certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, which he received in 2009. Mr. Brady served as the first president of the Northwest Arkansas Debtor Creditor Bar Association.
